Their first was alright, Ovary Stripe is a great song.

Default My new " Empire"

the new kasabian is ****in good ****! are you guys going to see them live this tour they're on in the states? i believe they are touring with Mew and One Thousand Pictures (****ing amazing band) up and coming*. i cant wait till LA . KASABIAN IS GOING TO ROCK THIS JOINT!

Kasabian's first album, while catchy, was shallow to me.

It was perfect as background music when you had people over or whatever, but it's because it doesn't require much listening to the lyrics or whatnot.

I heard some of the new disc off Myspace and it looks like they're keeping the catchiness but adding a bit more depth, so you need to listen to enjoy.

And yet, I've still not bought the Empire album, I am truly the worst fan around
I assume it's as good as I expect it to be?

Empire is a pretty good album! a hell of an improvement from their debut because IMHO there wasnt much too it.

They rocked at t in the park! had the pet sounds tent goin f***in crazy!
