was quite a good show actually! the played the most 'normal' set i've every seen them... with only 2 songs where they weren't on their 'normal' instruments.
about 5 from their new album, most of the older ones you'd expect too. Tbh i was pretty tipsy tho and at the end was telling my friends i hoped they would play 'autumn summer' and they had to inform they played it already ... lol |

Albums to get for sure that i have and think are very good:
Painful I Can Hear the Heart Beating as One And Then Nothing Turned Itself Inside-Out I Am Not Afraid of You and I Will Beat Your Ass i'd also still recommend their best of 'Prisoners of Love: A Smattering of Scintillating Senescent Songs: 1985-2003'. It has a good representation of their music. I don't think it's a best-of myself.. but a good representation... |

I just downloaded a 15 album torrent.
If there is a missing ingredient with this band i`ll find it.

I saw them yesterday, and they were amazing. They're one of those bands that can manage to sell out a club, and then have 25% of the audience leave before the end of the set because of their abrasive noisiness. I swear, they played one mellow poppy song, then one upbeat noisy song. They played one song that was a fifteen minute long krautrock-ish epic with a steady bassline and drumbeat and with the guitarist completely freaking out and destroying his instrument, and one twenty minute long song that started barely audible and finished with an ocean of noise. Absolutely brilliant set.
