Very very good, one of the better British bands around lately. Pretty impossible to be unhappy when listening to them.

A fairly good band, me being a tough critic, but I like their unique mix of piano and trumpets.

They kick ass...I just wish I had the UK version of their album

arcticbreezy 06-23-2006 03:58 PM

They a pretty funky group .. something I can listen to mindlessly.

Fun to dance too, as well ^^

Thunder, Lightning, Strike is pretty damn good. I do wish they'd release something else.

Soundgardener 07-05-2006 09:23 PM

I prefer the live version of "The Power Is On" to the recorded version.

....

That's all for now.

Personally, I don't like the rap.
The music they make is awesome though.

Alo 07-06-2006 03:30 AM

The only song I know is thunder, lightening strike.
Not really my taste.

MoonlitSunshine 07-07-2006 11:03 AM

Yeah. I like the album they have, but i find it a bit repetitive

DrinkInTillYouLoveMe 07-11-2006 02:30 AM

Huddle Formation is genius.

BeamMeUpScotty 07-12-2006 11:32 AM

Bottle Rocket is a good song.

m_thomp 07-19-2006 10:43 AM

I like them a lot, caught them live a few times, and they were the only good thing about BBC3's coverage of the T In The Park festival.

I was watching a live performance on a massive screen a couple of weeks ago... I could've seen actually seen them a few days before but I couldn't afford to. I've never seen such an energetic band. :p: Except maybe Arcade Fire.

I got their album for £3 in Fopp once upon a time. And this was at the time of their Mercury Music Prize nomination so I don't know why it was so cheap.

Their music reminds me of Sesame Street. You know when they went out into the streets to watch kids skipping and there'd be music playing in the background? Yeah.

Downloaded Thunder, Lightning, Strike the other day, and it is a lot of fun. Huddle Formation is great, listening to Proof of Youth right now.
