It's a fantastic song, indeed. The "desperation" (lacking a better word) in "and if they don't believe me now, will they ever believe me?" is really something. Plus, you've got to love that intro.

Yeah I think "This Night Has Opened My Eyes" is overlooked by many. It is one of my favorite songs by them.

What do you guys think about I Won't Share you, their last song on Strangeways, Here We Come. It just might be my favorite Smiths song. It's kind of sad too.

It's, without question, a great song. I find it rather hard to find a favourite Smiths' song. They never cease to amaze me. From happy little ditties Like Stop Me If You Think You've Heard This One Before to incredibly haunting and "disturbing" ones like "Suffer Little Children" (love that song...), The Smiths always seem to quench my thirst.
