Mates of state (pop, albums, band, song, Piano)

they're a band from the states or sumthing. it's a wife/husband duo. wife plays piano and husband drums. They are pretty cheezy but they have nice melodies if u can get over the cheeziness. know who else is cheezy?

By "cheezy" you mean...totally ****ing awesome? Thought so. I haven't gotten around yet to buying Team Boo, but I've got quite a bit of it on a burned disc, and it's an amazing pop record. If you want to check out something similar, maybe Tilly and the Wall (the new album just came out not too long ago, and the song "Bad Education"...well i've been listening to that like 100000000 times a day).

I like Mates of State a lot their sound is very raw (especially on their first two albums), but they are a ton of fun and a real blast to listen to...
