I had really high hopes for You Forgot It In People, which from what I read was this magical compilation of indie pop songs in the same vein as Stars, one of my favorite indie bands, but the first listen was just flat disappointing. It felt like a lot of the songs had potential, but were just duds. Just didn't really go anywhere. One of my bigger letdowns musically as I was really geared up to like this album. Their self-titled had a little bit more appeal, but never really got my attention either. Don't really understand as I feel like they should be right up my musical alley.

I'll definitely give both albums another listen sometime this week to see if they grow on me, but I'm kinda bummed at the moment lol.
I just actually listened to them for the first time a couple weeks ago as well. I got You Forgot it in People, I liked it on the first listen but was really disappointed based on everything I heard about it before. After a couple listens though, it's definitely improved in my ears. You just never really know with music, I find a lot of times albums that based on everything I've ever heard, I should love, but can't get into at all.
