I for some reason always stray from split releases, but holy shit, this is a gem. It starts out as a 60's 12 string affair, but dives into a super lush pool of reverb and delay. There was a recent FSA compilation (vinyl only) released full of rarities called "Heartbeat/Complete", and that's got a few gems on it too. It's limited to only 500 copies on spray painted covers. |

David quite literally fell off the face of the Earth after his efforts with Jessica Baliff. Believe it or not, I spent days looking to see what he was up to. Turns out he retired from music, and is now living in Gloucestershire. His friend Rocker can attest to this, and as far as what I've been told he has no interest to jump back in again. A shame really, but I dig the mystery behind his disappearance from the music world.

I listened to an unplayed, and sealed copy of "Further" the other day. It was pure magic, and it really sounded amazing as far as pressings go. David, wherever you are, I hope at least you're making music for your own enjoyment. |
