If I was ever going to do Acid then these would be my band of choice to trip too.

I've never listened to MBV on an acid but i have listened to Loveless quite a few times lying on the floor with headphones stoned off my head. I swear to god when Blown A Wish comes on it's just the greatest thing ever the production sounds so much clearer as well.

That also happens when you mix it in "acoustic" on iTunes. I found that trick out recently, and holy gee.

Bradford Cox once compared Deerhunters first album to Loveless on mushrooms, because he says both sound awful and just like a wash of incoherent noise.

yes indeed.

i've no idea how many times i've listened to Loveless + YMMR ep while stoned, but i'm sure they are the band I've listened to most in that state.
