It never occurred but now that you say it, yes actually.

Hmm, that reminds me of this time my friend got back to me telling me how shit that band I recommended to him was. "Which one?" - "The Valentine one."

Turned out he'd been listening to Bullet For My Valentine (who are probably not emo but a lot of people claim that they are). :)

Yeah when I was listening to them on my ipod and my friend saw that.....he said "why are you listening to emo bull****" and I just rolled my eyes and said "have you ever listened to them?".

I was listening to Loveless the other day and told my flatmate it was by My Bloody Valentine... he said that they're meant to be the future of metal according to some random magazine. He meant Bullet for My Valentine. =[

Our stories coincide.

Ha, the only reason I avoided them was because I grouped them into some kind of metal genre. Solely based on their name.

GravitySlips 03-26-2008 05:58 PM

I used to think GYBE were a metal band.

anyway yeah MBV...who's going to see them?

pheurton 03-26-2008 06:33 PM

I guess it's sold out?

Molecules 03-26-2008 06:39 PM

seeing them in Manchester. not really sure what to expect, there isn't alot of live footage around. apparently they're playing new material?

pheurton 03-27-2008 10:13 AM

Yup,
that's what I was told inside virgin.
I could've bought a ticket right then and there,
instead I spent my ****ing money on lucky charms
and a book. I'm going to regret that.

EDIT: Gigantic.com ticket selection

What a **** time to be broke.
