I'm so excited! I've always been amazed at how Julian's seemingly uninterested voice can complement the upbeat tunes so well.

julian's got a solo album coming out with some interesting sounds. to me the strokes are "just another rock band" julian's lyrics mitigate this a little though

I'm sorry I just find the Strokes all too boring.... and that disinterested sounding voice certainly contributes to that feeling...
