what can i say...fabulous....seeing as how i thought do you want to is a bit weak i thought i was going to be a bit dissapointed, but they surprised me pleasantly, once again they make us dance....way to go boys.....keep it up!!

Eh, I thought it was just average. "Franz Ferdinand, now with MORE 60s pop!"

Only a few songs stood out, and the ones that didn't I wasn't too fond of.

I don`t understand where you get this 'i love the 80s thing' from. I`d say most of the stuff I listen to is from the 90s.But then I wouldn`t expect you to get facts correct when all you want to do is petty sniping.

i dont really know what era of music i listen to the most, maybe 90s, but then ill listen to other stuff like 60s and 70s

it's not even the fact that you don't like one song, if you had read my first post you would know that i don't much like the song either, it's the way you exaggerate, instead of saying "meh, it's not very good" you always say something like " listening to it makes my ears bleed". and you definetly haven't said LOADS of good things about recent music, you'd have to go searching with a fucking microscope to find something positive you've said, and even then it would be something like "meh, they're allright"

ahh...here we go again, well, i'd have to say that i don't say much on punk except for what i said in the S.D. thread, i don't like the genre so i don't go in every punk thread and say how much it sucks or how much i don't like it, i don't say much on emo either, i've given screamo a try and had my say about it, one and only time i walked into a screamo thread, and i would say that as far as the 80's goes i've listened to more then 3 bands ( unfortunately )......so i would say that i know what i'm talking about if that's what you're insinuating....nice try though.....

Having listened to it all, once only mind, one track in particular stood out for me.
'Eleanor Put Your Boots On'. Driven mostly by acoustic guitar and what sounds like a 'pub piano' it has a Kinks feel to it.
Had to listen to it again and again and again. Love it!

number 1 and 3 are correct ( the explanations ) and you should use them instead of the original terms which make no sence, but number 2 i still don't understand...

really? i thought it had a beatles feel to it ( elenor rigby? )....and THAT'S the track that stood out?! you no likey the beats? kickass drums? no?

i'm nodding my head to it right now, the fallen has such a badass start it's simply amazing...i can't help but to tap with my feet..., this boy - furious and dancable, evil and a heathen - again furious rock out song,i'm your villain and outsiders are my personal favourites at the moment....

i think you are mistaken my dear friend, i also said that i didn't think much of do you want to, but when you actually listen to it in the context of the entire album it's quite good....and i think that you are being no different to me as i am to urban, constant disagreeing and verbal abuse, so i don't think you have anything to say on the subject matter....
