Thursday breaking up?
 

Has anyone heard anything about the band Thursday lately? They've haven't been touring for quite a while and have said that they have been writing for a new CD since February but i haven't seen a whole lot of information on their website. I have also heard some rumors that they are breaking up (which isn't uncommon).

Theyre NOT breaking up. I swear to God theyre not breaking up... They've taken ages to record their newest album, but they said about a week ago that they're nearing the end of their recordings now.

That would suck. I hope not.

I'm fully not believing this "Potatomasher" because, AITA knows her stuff about Thursday. So I'm happy now. And, All Night Dinah, that was uncalled for.

Naaaah. Im sorry to tell you, they're here to stay :) Break-up rumours spring up all the time when a band isnt recording every second of the day.

Download! I would tell you to go buy some Thursday, but (this is only judging by what Ive read of your music taste) Im not quite sure it'd be worth the money in your case. Still, have a listen for free, you might like.

Wow!!!!! I like them a lot !!!!!!! Which really surprised me, cuz', as you said it doesn't really follow with my musical taste. I checked out "Understanding in a Car Crash". I'll definitely be checking out more.

Thats probably their most appealing song.

I prefer Paris In Flames, Cross out the Eyes, and Streaks in the Sky to that , actually... Still, effing great songs. OH and Tomorrow Ill Be You <3

Thursday is one of my, if not my all time favorite band so we have a pretty similar sound.

Nope COncealer and Steps ascending are best songs.

Steps Ascending is amazing. But... personal ties to the song kinda made it less special, if that makes any sense to anyone. It reminds me of thangs Id rather not be reminded of, yes?

If you were to join the band's mailing list you would have recently recieved an update from the band stating that they are almost finnished the new album.

Thats weird cause personal ties made it even more special to me..

Its not so bad as long as I dont listen to the "Red roses" bit at the end... It makes me cry. But but but.. I love that part :(
