Default Birds in Row

Great French hardcore band if you didn't know. You'll see pretty basic tags like 'crust, hardcore punk, etc', but they have an original sound if you ask me. Their album You, Me, and the Violence is essential listening IMO. Heavy and ripping stuff, sometimes fairly dark sounding and a bit of weird mathness/technicality and badass neocrust melodies.

I'm checking it out on this basis alone. The coolest two words I've ever seen together, better not disappoint.

I'll check that dictionary, but in the meantime I'm impressed - as is everyone else in the world - by your eloquence, obvious accomplishments and success, and the evidence of your blazingly high intelligence.

Well, it's like, art crust could be an applicable term too probably. Melodic and often dark stuff that incorporates post rock, epic song scope, and strings. If you could imagine His Hero is Gone combined with Tragedy and GY!BE

Check out Cwill, Ekkaia, Alpinist, Masakari, Jungbluth, The Fall of Efrafa, Protestant... Well I could go on

Ekkaia and Cwill I'd say are the essential first listens.

Wow, alright. No idea this existed but I haven't even heard much straight crust as of yet.
