Really? That's odd because most people are turned off by him.
His voice is odd in that he sounds like a desperate narrator more than a vocalist.
I feel sometimes they try to do too much especially in terms of lyrics, one would only need to listen to 'Kings Park' for evidence of this.
But, I'll give them their props, they're the only artists doing what they're doing at the moment, and I'm excited to see what their third album's going to sound like.

"Kings Park" was the reason I checked them out in the first place. I dig the "song as short story" approach.

The term didn't change meaning at all. It was just horribly misused for an entire decade.
