Embrace
 

This band still isn't name-dropped nearly enough as one of the first "emo" bands, really great band, I'd say this is arguably the best band Ian Makaye ever fronted, probably better than Rites of Spring.

All they should be is a name drop because honestly they're boring. Influential but boring. They've got nothing on Fugazi.

Embrace is by far the least important Ian MacKaye endeavor. It just doesn't sound very good. Try his neglected little experiment, Egg Hunt

ummm huh...Egg Hunt was much better than Embrace

i could never get into Embrace....i'm sure like Swim said they are an important imprint on the music....but they were really lacking...

They're the best stuff Ian came out with to me.
