i would recomend translating the name and they perch those are their two best sons if youre looking for musical skills. lost symphonies is also pretty god. as for the acoustic version of seven years, i didnt care for it. it definately didnt do justice to the original

I'd recommend every song >:P I've never heard the 7 years acoustic, but the normal one is amazing. What do you guys (whoever heard it) think of "I can tell"? I think it's good. Although if you think his voice is annoying, well then >.< Also, do you know the name of the singer now?

yes. thier new singer is cove reber. i dont think his voice is quite as good as anthony's was, but hes still pretty good. also, their new drummer, alex rodriguez, is not even close to the amazing skill of pat mcgrath. pat mcgrath, who played the drums on the E.P. "translating the name" was amazing. ive never heard of anyone that could play so well. he was the drum tech for slayer at the time of the e.p. if you listen closely to songs like translating the name and they perch, you can hear all of the toying with the cymbals. its f***ing crazy. i can tell isnt one of their best songs but its still pretty good.
BTW- my signature is the full name of the song called they perch.

i strongly disagree with that. in the acoustic version his voice doesnt sound nearly as good. and the guitar just doesnt sound right somehow.
i dont necesarily hate it, but it definately doesnt do justice to the original.

Well, I found the acoustic, and I enjoyed it. The reason the guitar doesn't sound right is that it isn't the same. I liked the vocals, though.
Actually, I have a favor. I'm missing the song "I Have Become What I’ve Always Hated" I've been looking for it. If you have it, do you think you could send me it? AIM:trippingonme Email:superdoom138@yahoo.com (don't even ask about the email, i know that it's really dumb.) uh....Thanks. |
