Empire! Empire! (I Was A Lonely Estate)
empire! empire! (i was a lonely estate) on MySpace Music - Free Streaming MP3s, Pictures & Music Downloads
So apparently my hometown has its very own twinkly American Football wannabe band. I had been respectfully ignoring them for a long time. Not because of their overly long and slightly pretentious band name (yayy parentheses), but because I am utterly horrified at what emo coming from my own suburban rich kid town would sound like. But now they keep popping up in my field of vision, to the point where I have been forced to ignore them no longer. And hey, guess what? I was right, they're kinda bad. Maybe right for the wrong reasons, but still right nonetheless. Me - 1 Novi - 0 |

yeah, I've known about them for awhile, but don't really care for them too much. at least I don't remember caring about them. anyhow, Rubber, you should head over to Lansing July 9th to see Pianos and us play. thatd be cool.

hey rubber. my name is keith, i play guitar and sing in empire! empire! just wanted to clear up a misconception here- it's totally fine if you don't like our music, but we didn't grow up in novi. we moved here for our jobs. we are actually from fenton. haha, not that it should matter where we are from at all, but we certainly did not grow up rich. thanks for giving us a chance though. take care!
