Doing non-acoustic songs as acoustics ends up really well sometimes... You can pretty much find any song as an acoustic somewhere..

The entire "Joey Cape and Tony Sly - Acoustic" Album!
And the entire "Zakk Wylde Black Label Society - Book Of Shadows" Album!

Die, Emperor! Die! Acoustic CD

their songs are awesome and they have a few that are acoustic. Warning you though, getting their acoustic CD is almost impossible

Also try City on Film. Its just Bob Nanna from Braid playing on an acoustic guitar. Here's his myspace account http://www.myspace.com/thecityonfilm
