Cutting Pink With Knives- Again, have now split, but when together this group incorporated synth based pop with grind and hardcore, leading to such tags as synthcore, nintendocore and cybergrind. Populuxxe is a great album, ask for ups
MySpace.com - Cutting Pink With Knives are dead - LONDON LONDON, UK - Pop / Electro / Visual - www.myspace.com/cuttingpinkwithknives Mesa Verde- Scottish Post-Hardcore/screamo. Their one demo CD sold like wild fire and has attained somewhat of a iconic status in their native land. It is amazing to be fair. The new album is also pretty damn good, a band you guys should really listen to. Mesa Verde – Listen free and discover music at Last.fm The Fall of Boss Koala- Again, Scottish, again, post-hardcore/screamo. Not as good as Mesa Verde, but still better than 70% of the bands discussed on this website MySpace.com - The Fall Of Boss Koala - UK - Experimental / Progressive - www.myspace.com/thefallofbosskoala Crocus- English screamo. Sweet as, live they are amazing, and the album The Worst Kind Of Joy Is Hope should be heard crocus – Listen free and discover music at Last.fm Last edited by Sneer; 01-02-2009 at 10:51 AM. |

They are, Scotland has produced a lot of decent screamo recently, i've already listed 3 bands, and theres more to come.
Swim Spy Vs. Spy are excellent, i was planning on listing them in my next batch, Bob Tilton are also well worth checking. Kneejerk are a little bit hit and miss for me, i much prefer Turner's stuff with Million Dead. |

Im talking about a demo CD they made prior to the album releases, only 100 copies were printed and its become quite a thing in Scotland. I know In This Silence We Will Slow Dance, im not a huge fan of it, so i didnt recommend it. I have to admit i havent listened to Amor Fati.
