They aren't emo, they're either rock, metalcore or pop-rock, I would give you which one but I can never remember what they sound like since they blend in with all that scene stuff too well.

metalcore? pop rock? mmm i think they have many "emo elements" in their music.. it's like a light version of circle takes the square :P

I'm hearing typical metalcore tempos and typical metalcore riffs. ..... and there's not any whispered vocals, the vocals, when not screaming, remind me of Something Corporate.

For a note, don't listen to the song Apology, i'm getting off their myspace page now.
