They're from Washington [teh state] and all I know they've released is a demo [which is pretty much down to the last copies but you can find it] in 2006 but they're releasing a full length and split with Arse Moriera[which going to be released on Buster's label] this summer along with doing a pretty extensive US tour. blog.myspace.com/thekidcrash seriously, look at that. That's like grr hardcore. I booked the North Carolina show. It's actually in Greenville, Spazzatorium Galleria, Alex must've posted that before I found out things were set. They sound really great, kinda like another band I've heard before whose name I can't remember, I might shortly though.

I also found some of their older stuff. It's pretty different but still cool.

It's a college radio station that is mainly for the community. We have another station that you can access online, and I'm probably going to change to that one next year just to make things easier for everyone.

If it weren't for the vocals I'd really dig it. I mean they're not Hot Snakes, shit.

I think it sounds pretty much exactly like jokes which isn't really a bad thing. the vocals are the only thing that changed. Its decent, not something im going to listen to all the time though.

I just peeped a little bit of Snacks and I actually seem to like it a little bit better than Jokes. I often prefer the low-in-the-mix yelling to full on screaming though.
I do think it's sort of interesting that the music sounds almost exactly the same, at least at first listen, and the vocals are the only significant change. They kind of did that between Goldie Hawn and Jokes too, though, if I remember right.
