Awesome shite, no doubt. As far as influential musicians go they're definitely up there[American Football is obviously the best of any band to come from former members] and Analphabetapolothology[it takes mad skills to know that by heart, or loserisms, same thing] is a great album.

I don't know how much you know so I'm not sure what descriptions will help but I'll try. Post-emo which is like soft emo-core and they're similar to Sunny Day Real Estate, Texas is the Reason and, Christie Front Drive. If that didn't mean anything to you then, they sound like an indie band.
