all three of envy's songs sound exactly the same, but their still pretty good.
envy sounded kinda post-rockish imo, and i fucking hate thursday.

I think Thursday is heading in the right direction. My favorite album is Waiting and it's pretty different than what they're doing now, but I feel like they made a good progression.

the songs on the envy split are probably my favourite stuff by thursday... granted i don't really like that much. waiting is pretty decent.

a dead sinking story is one of my favorite albums of all time.

Captain caveman always listens to badass stuff and all envy albums sound the same except for breathing and dying in this place. They're one of the most overrated bands ever though. I hate when I talk to people that listen to them and they think that they're as screamo as it gets.

only gripe i have with envy is tetsuya sounding so ****ing old now. anyway, thursday has been pretty solid. only release they ever did that sucked was a city by the light divided. otherwise, their catalog would be awesome. i seriously don't see the point in hating them for being famous among "those" kids.
