you like them? ive consistently listened to them for about a week or so. talk about them. try not to stray too far off the course like we somehow manage to do.

I like alot of their songs, a few of them I absolutely love. Good band.

yeah guilt show is excellent. one of my siblings got a get up kids LP (um apitomine of emo.) but i have yet to listen to it.

they used to be the "dashboard confessional" of their time. Some people didn't like them because they were too catchy and didn't bring out the true meaning of emo to the general public.

I think the Get Up Kids are pretty cool. They're not my favorite, but I've been to a couple of their shows. They have high energy sets generally speaking. I'd go to another one of their shows.

i dont see how people think they arent showing the true emo or whatever. the lyrics are amazing. "how long is too long when youre waiting by the phone?"

Overall i think theyre good though some of their songs kinda bore me. Would like to go see a show..I think "Ill Catch you" is suuch a good song...
