no, in that town 2 cops are on patrol during the night, in my town which is about the same size theres at least 6, both small towns, 22k people here.

edit : oh yea i believe tailgaiting is illegal lol, so if we got in trouble for speeding we could just say they were chasing us and would get off our bumper. they would face the penalty, plus i just found out taht they had stolen stuff in the back of their car, and they got caught later that night.
