They aren't even my favorite Screamo band, but you have to at least respect that they're incredibly talented. |

I would agree that Circle Takes the Square are better than Saetia. Maybe not 'instrument-talent-wise' , but for the fact that I can sit and listen through all of As the Roots Undo, and I cannot say the same for a Retrospective, even though both CDs are great. Don't get me wrong, I love Saetia too, but CTTS just does it more for me I guess.

Forget the broken backed stretch across a painted Background you've never experienced Forget the lazy days of daydream departure to faraway Laughs you've never heard Forget the backwards walk through liminal windows you Never knew existed Forget the bells tolling an hour of redemption, a Minute of fancy you've never been given Forget the love letters penned by sad faced boys You've never met Forget the unwritten, uncollected works of the poet You never were |

well at least we both agree on oberst and JTB but i think that lines like "scratch my back and i will stab you in yours" "dance to the sound of his weight bearing back ****ing breaking" and "my genes didnt bless me with the foresight of a sage" are much better than lines like "when did we begin" "there is no happy here" or "i have seen an end to you and I'' any pop/rock band can write that
