For sure. I discovered Bill Hicks and George Carlin about the same time I got my first iPod and eventually found some more comedians and Tosh's work always stood out. It was kind of annoying, actually, to wait a week for some random torrent to finish and then just deciding to listen to DT instead of my new music.

Don't listen to these kids, AFI & Saosin are trasssh.. You want some good screamo/deathcore/post-hardcore bands & ****? Start off with these:
- Bring Me The Horizon - The Devil Wears Prada - Alesana - Dead Man In Reno - Attack Attack! - I Set My Friends On Fire - A Skylit Drive - Eyes Set To Kill * There's so many more, I haven't heard all & nor do I like all. These are just some common ones, & some of my favorites. |

I to am from Pennsylvania and know a little bit about screamo but could you tell me what lviing in Pennsylvania has to do with it? I know that a good amount of kids in my school are into it, but did screamo like originate here or something?

It didn't originate there, but it's become the center of the contemporary scene. Places like Lancaster, Philadelphia, the Lehigh Valley, and to a lesser extent Wayne, all boast well developed and diverse musical acts. Much of the country takes cues from the mid-atlantic hubs, who spread much of today's Cap'n Jazz worshippers influence worldwide.
