Yeahh don't go checking out Motion City Soundtrack if you're after something that sound like ATDI. And wouldn't say either of them were emo but who knows these days??
I like them both anyway. i love a good dance to motion city's - The Future freaks me out, with its catchy pop-tune-ness and one of my favourite songs is ATDI - One Armed Scissor. Both good, for different reasons though.

Motion City Soundtrack- "Everything is Alright" is like joy in a bottle. You can't call it emo. It's one of those good catchy pop bands, good to listen to if you're into that stuff.
