Norma Jean, Bleeding Through, Dillinger Escape Plan are awesome hardcore bands! Havent read all of this thread so the may have allready been mentioned!

My favourite hardcore bands are:
Converge (great to play to friends that think Green Day are a tad too heavy) Black Flag (Henry Rollins!!) Refused (The greatest band ever in the world) Minor Threat (They may have only recored at bit over 47 minutes of music in their career but it was damn good)
