Default looking for songs similar to "What is is to Burn"

I'm looking for songs that sound similar to Finch's "What it is to Burn". I have heard many many songs that use the same chord progressions, and I love that sound. Other examples of what I'm talking about are Brand New's "The Quiet Things that No One ever Knows".

It seems that most emo groups have one of these more emotionally melodic songs on their albums, and then the rest are darker and more fast paced, or happy and upbeat. Is there a name for this type of song, maybe it's classified as emo-core ballad or something.

try thrice's "stare at the sun". killswitch engage is a little more metal inspired but you might like "the end of heartache". Avenged Sevenfold's "i wont see you tonight part 1" "the rememberance ballad" by atreyu. thats all i can think of right now.

As lame as I may sound;

Blindside.
I like them.
I guess you could classify them as alternative, but they're still pretty good in my book.
