Alright, I listened to them! I really liked Les Big Byrd, they've got some groovy guitar work and solid vocals. Blues Pills were awesome too from what I heard, really fantastic modern Hard Rock with a great female vocalist. I listened to one of Mythical Beast's songs off of Scales ("Black Walls"), they're another band with a great vocalist, and the song kind of reminded me of the tone of the original wave of Heavy Metal. Thee Oh Sees have a really great sound that kind of reminds me of old Garage bands (especially when it comes to the drums and vocals), and I like the album art. I listened to a song by Pepe Deluxe ("A Night and a Day"), they've got a cool sound with a mix of old and new styles (and I love the music video, by the way =D). Satan's Pilgrims are amazing (gotta love that reverb), I need to stick them in my journal as soon as possible!
