No curfew. That was the mantra — repeated before every new encore, then chanted full-force by the crowd — of Sunday's Rally 4 Peace, where Prince played 2½ hours of hits to a jubilant packed house at Baltimore's Royal Farms Arena.
The surprise show, announced the week before, was less a benefit concert for Baltimore after the city's recent upheaval (though some proceeds went toward Baltimore youth charities) than a night of healing and celebration.
For fans unable to attend, some of the concert's audio was also streamed for free via TIDAL. The streaming service also raised money for Baltimore Justice Fund, matching listeners' donations.
