Okay, you caught me. Alex is really Axl Rose. Cake Cream (Billy, Andy, Mike, James, Jimmy) didn't dump him but they did quit Cake Cream and wondered about not bringing in any more income. So, Axl was like,"I'll pay you 100 Million each for the Cake Cream name and rights," and they agreed and he paid them 100 Million each, or 500 Million to buy the Cake Cream name and rights.
