Funny thing about Axl Rose's long hair, is his Yearbook picture as a preteen he had short hair. And his mugshot at 18 had noticeably shorter hair than his 25 year old Appetite For Destruction Album era and so forth until around 2016 when he cut his hair to basically bob length that he still has to this day. I wonder how long it took him to grow his hair to the long hair length.

Who the hell calls their kid Axl anyway? Were they trying to save money on the birth cert by using as few letters as possible?

Axl's birthname is actually William Bruce Rose Jr.

His father was named William Rose Senior, but he raped Axl as a toddler) :O(Horrific and tragic! :O So Axl didn't want to carry his Father's name(Who can blame him) and named himself Axl after axle on skateboard, but spelled it Axl to give it a unique flair.
