Default Creepy/Disturbing album covers? :/

I find Quiet Riot's Metal Health album creepy and disturbing. A guy wearing a straightjacket and an iron mask and his only visible eye is looking at us in fear ... :/

I bought a copy of this one on vinyl when it was released in 1991...

Spoiler for Unsane:

The album's cover art, depicting a decapitated corpse on subway tracks, was given to the band from a friend who worked on the investigation for the case.

Still have it in my collection.

Another one I just thought of is the "Headache / Heartbeat" EP from Big Black. A friend of mine had one of the first pressings which had a cover photo of the head of a shotgun suicide victim whose head was split in half. It was released in an outer wrapper (concealing the photo cover) made from the material that body bags are made of. The cover was changed after a limited number of them were sent out.

Too gruesome even for my black humor taste.

I would think anything from Cannibal Corpse would be disturbing.

I have the Nothing Safe compilation from Alice in Chains. Seeing a body in what looks like a jar is creepy.

I find The Ghetto Boys Album disturbing. The one where the Singer is rushed to the ER in a stretcher is and has a bloodied and blacked eye! :O His Bandmates have a look of horror in their expressions and he looks understandably miserable.

Lol

I read the cover and thought it was "severed urinal".

Am I the only one who thinks that the jedi cover looks similar to the Rage against the machine debut?
