Blood, Sugar,Sex, Magic album by the Red Hot Chili Peppers is a creepy cover..The Members of the Band all have their tongues sticking out and they are surrounded by thorns. This album is both creepy and disturbing to me. :/

Quiet Riot's Metal Health album is creepy/disturbing. A Mental hospital Patient in a straitjacket and an iron maiden mask with one eye looking out in fear.... Yeah, creepy and disturbing. :O
