Ooh, I have some fun~ ideas for this one. Just to be sure; is the idea to recommend albums that we like ourselves but think you will hate, or can we just throw any atrociously bad album we can find your way?

Essentially, the idea is to give me an album you think I'll find nothing good about, while I try to find at least three positive things to say about it. If I do, I win, if I don't, you win. It's pretty much accepted that any album posted here will be one I won't enjoy, though you don't need torture me (what? says Batty, as he thumbs through his grindcore, powerviolence and other folders marked "Some day Trollheart is going to get it") - though you can, if you wish. It's both a fun way to make my remaining brains leak out between my ears, and for me to test myself, see if I can find the good in what might be considered the really bad.

It's at least going to give me a chance to write a humorous (yes I can) review where I do my best to take the album apart, save my sanity and see if I can find anything good about it. Uh, the album, that is. Not my sanity.

EDIT: Sorry - deleted my prior selection, Public Image Ltd's Metal Box, because I have since noticed it listed in TH's "Classic Albums I have never heard" journal. Will revisit this thread when I think of another pick.

How can you not know what I love or hate? I've been here over ten years now and have written more about music than possibly anyone here. I've journals of the stuff AND I did an entire thread called - wait for it - Love or Hate???????
