Approach the next LEO you come across to explain everything and see if they'll open a case on the matter.
Send a letter to congress.
Talk to a psychiatrist.
Take your meds if you've been neglecting them.
Tell some random strangers.

Plausible deniability at least 3/5 because these people have already been bought (they do what they do for financial reasons before anything else..is that why you offered advice where it wasn't asked?) Lol...I remember my next door neighbor once had to write to her MP after every avenue to raise her complaint was passed on to someone else, the MP actually recommended/advised
the same course if action she took first (which was her wake up call).

What advice was given to the children who no one would listen to about their trauma at the hands of predatory people in the present?.....
I would love to hear your advice on that.
