Either "Loveless", Coldplay(If it was Rush of Blood), or "Ok Computer"

'Definately Maybe' was a massive album at the time.
And 'Different Class' - Pulp was very good.
Can't choose between, Stone Roses and Ok Computer.

I'd have to say OK Computer because I'm a huge Radiohead fan.

But If I HAD to;
Radiohead.

Radiohead - Ok computer
My Bloody Valentine - Loveless
Manic Street Preachers - The Holy Bible

I would have also voted for radiohead's the bends and muse's origin of symmetry had they been options.
