I like to think that they disbanded after White Light/White Heat so that I don't have to associate that album with their name.

I can think of a couple right off the bat...

The MC5- Kick Out the Jams
NRBQ- NRBQ (though maybe more R&B than punk)

One of the best songs

The whole album is one of my all time favorites except maybe the 10-minute prayer service

This is another one that just blows my mind

At first I thought to myself 'Hey, wait a minute, that's not ten albums.' Then it dawned on me that's your Top 10 (in Tetradecimal) Favorite Albums of 1969. I felt both ashamed for doubting your ability to count to ten, and then awed that we have a mathematical genius for a mod counting his Top 10 in base-14!

Mods make the rules. We do not follow them.

Glad to see you (pl.) drunk with power. Funny thing though, it's not a rule as in "forum rules," it's instructions set up by the OP to list "10" -- be it binary, decimal, tetradecimal, what have you. I never cared for the "list [X] amount of albums" anyways cause it doesn't always work out to be that number for the amount of albums one wants to mention. And then perhaps if forces one to have to choose between two albums (leaving off one) just to meet the criterion of [X] amount.

The Ventures, CCR and The Meters had a busy year in '69 all releasing more than one album. What album do you consider better The Meters (debut) or Look-Ka Py Py?
