I do agree with you fully there, northern_angel455, music and the music artist that presents it influences us all our lives, for many different reasons and stages in our experiences. So whoever inspired us (as a hero) at 15 for whatever reason, may not be the same as who we would think of 10, 20, or 30 or so more years later. As it should be.

John Lennon is truly another good example, as you said. Good choice there!

Kurt Cobain....even though he's dead, he was an awesome musician...If you dont like Nirvana or Kurt....then, well...thats your choice... if you do like Nirvana....ROCK ON!!

Kurt Cobain his music was class & was a brill musician

very nice mr mojo. ozzy not so sure about although he pretty much gave birth to manson. john lennon was brilliant but i think too much of an idealist.

Im sorry for liking people such as Jim Morrison, Jmi Hendirx, Dave Grohl and others with talent. I guess I'll leave this thread now because I don't belong. It's not that I don't like Nirvana or Kurt, I just think they are put on a pedestal that they do not belong on.
