Default The Electric Six--advice, please

This band is coming to my town in the near future. I'm undecided about whether to go. I've seen part of two live shows on Youtube, one of which was quite decent, but they sounded like a hack hard rock band on the other.

Are they worth seeing? Input from fans, detractors and those in between will be appreciated.

I mean I'd personally go just to hear high voltage, gay bar, and dance commander.

How much are the tickets?

They're $15.00 in advance. Can't complain about the price.

Do it.

I've spent more than that on a drink before. I'd absolutely go to a show for $15.

I don't go to any show I think is going to be crap, even if it's free. And I've never paid anywhere near $15.00 for a drink. That said, I will probably go to see The Electric Six, if I'm able--personal stuff has a way of interfering with gong to gigs.

You should definitely go if they have a gong.
