Can you suggest some more music similar to this? Maybe something in the direction of lower tempo like in the Tom & Jerry clip. :)

Just saw the Tom & Jerry clip. It sounds like big band jazz music to me. It was popular for a long time. A lot of what they played was swing jazz.
