Help Creating Love Letter playlist w Maching Songs
Ok, I joined this forum to see if I can get some help. Back in the '80s, I was lucky and smart to make a cassette with music, the catch was if you read all the song names and write it down, it became a love letter. For example, my wife name is Joanna, so it went like this
Joanna, I Love You you my everything. So Joanna was by cool & the gang, I love you by climax blues band, you're my everything Santa Esmeralda, etc. Unfortunately, I can't remember the other songs since it was so so long ago, but I would like to try to recreate them. With the new era and technology, is there a way I can do this? Can anyone give me some pointers please, much appreciated. |

Assuming you're still married to her, try this:
Joanna (Eddie Grant) Every breath you take (Police) You make me feel brand new (Stylistics) Will you (Hazel O'Connor) Always (Atlantic Starr) Be my baby (Ronettes) Could it be magic (Barry Manilow) If (Bread) Our love (Elkie Brooks) Don't Stop (Fleetwood Mac) My heart will go on (Celine Dion) Every day (Sad Cafe) Endless love (Diana Ross and Lionel Ritchie)

Yes still married to her 36 years, she is a cancer patient and always sick, lost the cassette don't remember when or how. I'm assuming there is no app or software where I can enter a letter and it will create a music playlist with songs? Again Thank You

Since it's the first time I've ever heard of anyone doing this (good idea though) I doubt it. Maybe if you put the words you want into google with "song titles with", so for instance say "song titles with you're my everything" and it will give you choices? Or else, it's just down to good old-fashioned brain power and creativity, as in my example.

Oh and I should have said, sorry your wife is sick. Hope she's as comfortable as she can manage. Hang in there. My own sister has been sick with MS for nearly twenty years now and I take care of her on my own. It ain't easy, I know that for sure.

Well my heart goes out to you, what your trying and you will one way or another... put together from the past a beautiful way to store those memories forever..I get hooked on some songs/music as they relate to my lost loved ones..It is good to cry though and that will keep you in a better frame, hopefully. It should not be just Female's that show their emotions well.
I would say if some of the titles are a tad different but meaningful to you both, then I personally would be able to go with them as a new part of your special memories of such love. As my late Dad would say to us Girls every night on bedtime. Good Bless.... |
