Default Why Listen to Music?

Why do you listen to the bands that you do? What about them?

Coltrane makes me feel like an immortal spiritual being, or more simply a spirit, that transcends the misery of this horrific decaying and doomed physical prison.

The Ramones make me feel like I’m too young and alive to feel the burden of adulthood and impending death. The Ramones give me a joyous island of unadulterated childhood that I never even got to experience as a child. They make me happy in a way that allows me to forget that sorrow even exists.

I listen to music because our insect overlords have decreed it, and I don't fancy working as a slave in their spice mines.

Plus, I like it.

Here's a dumb joke: why did the girl not like the boy? The-rapy vibe.
