Is it some musical scare or pattern?

Hi! I don't know much about music theory, but couple of tracks that I find adorable sound similar to each other and I would like to know if this is some musical scale or some play... I love this combination of notes. What pattern may this be?

Don't know what they'd be called, but at least the first two are very jazz-y. The first one sounds like about a dozen passages in Stevie Wonder's works (he was very jazz influenced).

Thank you for answer! Yeah I also hear they're kinda jazzy. The second track is from Casiopea songs, so it's jazz fusion.
