Help please ???????????? Warning - long post ????
Hi,
I am new to this site so don't know if I'm in the right place to ask... I created some compilations (4) for use in my business (complementary therapy) using royalty free music and sounds found on archive.org and layered the tracks with water sounds and birds etc as well as changing speed and other variants in the tracks to make one whole track with a flavour for treatments with themes. As it seems more and more likely that I may have to close the doors to the business again soon and also as it stands due to restrictions in how I am allowed to work (i.e. no soft furnishings or extra stuff as everything has to be sanitised between clients, more so than usual) I cannot offer this unique themed service, I would like to create boxes of elements that would be used in the treatments and sell them to the general public and I would like to include the relevant themed track. What I would like to know is can I legally do this? I don't want to do anything wrong or get in to trouble but the music is one essential element to create the mood for the theme and paradise experience (that's the name of my themed treatments ) I hope someone can help and sorry for the long waffley post!! |
