Default Translate note name to sheet music reference? App? (Doing my head in)

Hi, I've been searching for hours and I'm not sure what to do now.

I bought an ocarina and I'm trying to learn how to play it.
It has the fingering reference on the back of the box it came in, but it only shows what note it is on the music sheet scale, nothing else.

I got an android app called gstrings to see the note that I'm playing but can't translate that to the notes (in sheet music) on the back of the box.

I'm trying to find out what the note d#6 looks like on a music sheet, for example.

I don't understand why it's not online when I search for it. What should I do to get some sort of reference? I'm I an idiot for not knowing?
