Okay, I'm a terrible tutorial but this should give you the basic idea of how to do it.

You'll have to mess with settings yourself to get it perfect.

If you mess up when messing with the reverb you can hit undo on the scissor icon in Convolver.

It's not really the same. In Bea's video you can hear the "again, again, again" echo and the effect isn't that overpowering and is fading

Althought it did work, it did generate an echo.

In Audacity, get a "Hall" effect using Gverb, use the "Repeat" effect and have it repeat a few times, then fade that out at desired length.

Hall effect
Roomsize: 40 m²
Reverb time: 20 s
Damping: 0.50
Input bandwidth: 0.75
Dry signal level: 0 dB
Early reflection level: -10 dB
Tail level: -30 dB

That's why you got to mess around with the settings until you get it right or something better.
