Okay, I'm a terrible tutorial but this should give you the basic idea of how to do it.

In Audacity, get a "Hall" effect using Gverb, use the "Repeat" effect and have it repeat a few times, then fade that out at desired length.
Hall effect Roomsize: 40 m² Reverb time: 20 s Damping: 0.50 Input bandwidth: 0.75 Dry signal level: 0 dB Early reflection level: -10 dB Tail level: -30 dB |
That's why you got to mess around with the settings until you get it right or something better.
