Bands like Suede, Blur, Oasis, Elastica, Pulp ,Supergrass, Radiohead , The Verve , Manic Street Preachers and many more captured the charms and eccentricities of their country.

Yes I know what you mean ..!

Various peripheral bands were involved in Britpop.., but it was essentially about Oasis and Blur.

Beside the obvious choices of Oasis and Blur, i really enjoy Travis.

Not really tbh, I'd have considered it to be dance music. I just saw it came out in 1997, thought it was earlier than that.

But it is a good song I agree.
